Because I'm serious about this. . .
I'm going to use this journal to put thought to my day to day (random, not actual daily) issues when it comes to losing weight. Struggles, accomplishments, whatever. This is where I'll talk about the details. I'll only gloss over things (except MAJOR accomplishments), at LJ. :)
