I turn 27 on Monday. :)

1. I get off work at 7 am Friday, October 18th. I don't have to be back to work until 7 am Monday, October 22nd. Yes, I have to work on my birthday, but only 7-3, and I get a cake. So. Not a big deal. Especially when considering the following things. . .

2. I have an appointment to get a manicure and a pedicure (courtesy of my Mommy) at 2 pm Friday. YAY! I love being pampered. Aric and I are going to dinner just the two of us . . . such a rare thing I can't express how giddy I am at the prospect.

3. We're leaving early Saturday morning to go to Abilene to Bailey's (our niece) 4th birthday party. Her birthday isn't until the 30th, but eh. Whatever. Her party is at 4 on Saturday. Then, at 8 on Saturday, Jenny, Ashley, and I are going to see Aida, the ACU (Jenny's university) Homecoming Musical. It won't be Broadway, but it'll be damn good, because their musicals always are.


Then we're coming home Sunday. All in all? Despite the fact that I can't buy myself the books I want, it's gonna be a pretty great birthday weekend. :)
